Testimonials
“Thanks for the opportunity to participate in the recent Webinar on Resilience in Turbulent Times. The session was very timely and on point at that stage of our transition to working from home, remote service delivery and large scale uncertainty. It was also provocative in ensuring that we paid close attention to the behaviour and culture of this experience for not only ourselves but for each other. Thank you again for delivering this valuable workshop and key messages in a timely and directing manner – very powerful and impactful. Your work is very meaningful and greatly appreciated. “
“I found the entire session very useful and relevant. It was a great mixture of data applied in a practical, relatable and interesting way.”
“What was useful - All of it- Linda you perfectly captured the challenges and nuances of the health sector currently.”
“The information presented was clear concise and very relevant to what we are currently experiencing. it also provided insights into where I could improve as a Manager to support my team and how to move forward in the "new normal"“
“Really enjoyed the sessions and felt it was valuable for me. I have taken some of the ideas from the session and already put this into practice on my unit i.e. tap off at the end of the day and review what went well and where there may have been improvements”

Working Together - codesign project funded by DHHS, in partnership with Western Health and Northeast Health Wangaratta. Designed and facilitated workshops for Nurse and Midwifery Unit Managers on leading new models for workforce and delivery of care using codesign principles. Facilitated follow up workshops designed to equip project leaders on effectively managing a PDSA project cycle and learning outcomes.
“Thanks again for your support with development of codesign capability at NHW. It has been a great joy to see the teams ignite and build team capability, resilience and confidence to embrace opportunities to innovate. It is a huge shift in capacity to see stronger teams actively PDSA-ing on the fly…short test cycles, review, embed and scale….etc. Teams understand now that there are many small practices or processes that are inefficient or outdated and they do have the capability and permission to explore the opportunities. That tests will lead to strategy adaption, adoption or a decision to stop and cut the project. That we learn more from failures than wins…it is OK and expected to have failures. Wow what a lot of lessons in one year!
